The Labor and Employment practice brings together our lawyers’ substantive labor law experience and the Firm’s commitment to the highest level of client service and responsiveness. In collaboration with the Firm’s Labor and Employment practice, the Immigration practice strives to provide employers with a competitive advantage in hiring and retaining talent through combination of experience and competent advice. Our lawyers provide cost-effective and timely immigration services to a wide range of clients, including foreign multinational corporations. Our practice combines proactive planning with streamlined processes to create a customized, efficient system to meet each client's needs. We offer a broad range of services to clients including the preparation and filing of all necessary working visas and work permits as well as any related documentation and visas required for family members.
We also help foreign clients identify reputable licensed Philippine recruitment agencies that may fill the clients’ needs for qualified competent Filipino workers. In cooperation with licensed recruitment agencies, our lawyers also assist foreign clients in complying with regulatory requirements in the documentation of Filipinos for assignments to foreign countries.
